To be defined as an official Club, regional communities meet the following requirements: Complete annual reporting documentation.• Show purpose that aligns with MITAA objectives of alumni community development.• Maintain an active record of officers and leaders in alignment with the by-laws.• Demonstrate organizational and financial sustainability.• Hold at least two events in the previous fiscal year.• Maintain a set of official by-laws that define identity, purpose, and mission.• Serve as the Club representative at the Alumni Leadership Conference (ALC).
