Sloan Professor of Management Behavioural Policy Science BPSArnoldo Hax is an internationally known expert in the fields of strategic management and operations research. His primary research focuses on the development and implementation of formal strategic planning systems for business firms. His most recent work, co-authored with Dean Wilde, is The Delta Project: Discovering New Sources of Profitability in a Networked Economy. It provides a new comprehensive strategic framework.
